Deborah L. Flake D.V.M.

Deborah L. Flake, D.V.M. is a 1997 graduate of North Carolina State University College of Veterinary Medicine and is the solo practitioner, founder, and proud owner of Chip My Pet, LLC and the Animal Wellness Clinic.  Prior to veterinary school, she earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Wilson College in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania and her Master of Science degree from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.  She completed one year of special training in small exotic mammal care after graduating from veterinary school and has since worked in private practice.

In addition, Dr. Flake has spent the past three years preparing for certification in canine rehabilitation and integrative medicine as well as osteopathy.
